Our services have several different phases:

Financial Affairs

We work with your financial advisors to make sure your assets, debts and expenses, personal affairs and financial affairs are well organized and simplified. We will inventory your accounts, place you on electronic bill pay on a consolidated platform, and streamline your accounts and record keeping.

Legal and Estate Affairs

We work with your attorney to assemble all your legal, accounting and tax documents. This phase assures coordination between your attorney, accountant and financial advisors.

Health Care Affairs

We work with your healthcare providers so that they and your family have proper access to your personal medical information. In addition, your health care agent will be aware of your desires and be able to access your medical records. And we can assure they have proper communication with your family.

Family Members and Advisors

To the extent directed by you, we coordinate communication, information and reporting between financial advisors, attorneys, accountants and your family.

Keep on Track

Once organized and on track, we help you keep matters on track. The process permits you to interface with your advisors and your family as necessary. You also address little problems before they become big problems and thereby eliminate little worries.

Preferred Vendors

We advise you of accredited contractors, who have been vetted, bonded and had background checks with at least two recommendations. When you need to receive a qualified referral, you will save time and minimize the risks from a bad choice.

Services We Do Not Provide

We are your personal advocate. As your advocate, we do not offer any form of professional service including legal, tax, accounting, financial, trust or medical. We also do not accept any form of referral fees or commissions.
